Dr. Zhu treated me for elbow pain. I was a student-athlete and needed to continue to participate in my sport after I was hurt, and I was able to do so with Dr. Zhu's treatment. Her acupuncture was incredibly effective. Dr. Zhu also helped me with stomach pain that I had been having, and she was able to completely resolve that problem, in addition to treating my elbow pain.

She was excellent at listening to my concerns and took her time to ask me pertinent questions so I could receive the best adjunct treatment to supplement what I was doing with my orthopedist. I appreciated her holistic approach and rationale behind her recommendations. The combination of the herbal supplements and lotions she provided me with, in addition to the regular acupuncture and cupping sessions, significantly reduced my pain and accelerated my healing. I went to Dr. Zhu with lower back discomfort and some digestive issues. From a medical standpoint, I needed to lose weight and get more exercise to fully relieve my symptoms. But all that discomfort was getting in the way of my progress. I was interested in acupuncture and guasha and Dr. Zhu explained to me the ways in which these two techniques could improve my health. Our bodies can heal, but sometimes they need to be induced. Techniques like acupuncture, guasha and even cupping, whether they are delivering more circulation to affected areas, or some blocked energy is being released, these can help in your health journey. Dr. Zhu is good at explaining, she is thorough and takes her time with you. One 90-minute acupuncture session with her was already super helpful for my lower back pain. I was more able to sit up and get up without aching within like 2 days after recovery. If you are looking to relieve some non-communicable pain or discomfort, and you think ancient Chinese medicine techniques could help you, I highly recommend Dr. Zhu, she's great.

Dr. Zhu does amazing work!! I've been seeing Dr. Zhu for a few months now after my knee replacement surgery. She's prescribed herbal medicine, has been performing gua sha and acupuncture on my leg and it's been very beneficial. Dr. Zhu is professional and knowledgeable. She's clear about practicing intentions and answers all my questions clearly and thoroughly. She has a careful and kind touch when performing acupuncture.
